Understanding the Avon Compensation Plan
Let me break down the Avon leadership compensation plan for you just a little so you can fully appreciate and understand why this is such a big deal.
To qualify for the rep allocation program, you must qualify as a bronze ambassador, the first official level of leadership.
There are three requirements to qualify
- Three people who you personally recruit placing ANY SIZE order – nothing is too small
- Your personal order of $200 or more
- Total team sales = $1000 (your order plus anyone you recruit, plus anyone they recruit’s sales)
I made it to this level of leadership in my first campaign as an Avon rep – that’s how achievable it is.
So once you get there, for every single person that you qualify, Avon will give you up to five. They have even given as many as up to 15!!!
Why is that a big deal? The true way to make this a residual income through leadership is to make it to the bronze leader level. Many people struggle to get there quickly because they don’t have the sales force behind them to achieve what they need to achieve.
It takes 10 people that you personally recruit placing any size order to achieve this level! (Plus sales level qualifiers as well)
Well, now with the new rep allocation program, you can have 12 people on your team in ONE campaign just by bringing in two and qualifying them!
