Once they provide their name and contact information, they will be able to enter your reference code on the following screen. This is a good option to use when you are advertising in locations where it is not possible to provide a direct link. You could use this when you are out and about or on your business cards. It is something that is easy for your new potential recruit to type and enter in themselves.

Your reference code is the last portion of your e-store address. For example, my e-store address is youravon.com/jennfrancis. Therefore, my reference code is jennfrancis
Recruit Avon Reps – Sign up a New Team Member Option Two
The second option to sign up a new team member when you recruit Avon reps is to provide them with a direct link to your personal recruiting site. There are two ways to do this. The first uses this formula:

The second can be completed as shown in the video below. You will navigate to your e-store and click on where it says “become a representative” or “sell Avon” (on mobile device). Once your personalized recruiting site appears you will copy and paste the link into your means of correspondence, whether that be email or text.
After your potential recruit clicks on the link and provides their initial contact info, they should see your name on the next screen.
Bonus Tip when you Recruit Avon Reps – Sign up a New Team Member
Here’s a bonus tip to double-check and ensure your success. Whenever you copy and paste a link for your e-store, be sure to click on the link yourself before you send it. You can enter in your own information first and click through to be sure that your name appears. This will allow you to be sure that your link is working properly and that your new recruit will be properly linked to you and your team.
