Avon Now – Your Back Office

Your back office is the place where you can place your Avon orders online as a representatives. To place your Avon Representative order, start by navigating to AvonNow.com (formerly youravon.com). Log into your Avon Representative account using the account number provided to you and your password. You can then begin to place your Avon Order in the different ways outlined in the video below.

  • As a leadership representative, you can hit team sales goals at that last minute by placing an add-on order.

Your back office is a great tool to use for your demo and brochure orders. I use mine once a campaign – usually at the beginning of each campaign and sometimes, at the end of the campaign if I need to place a last minute add-on order to meet team goals.

Place Your Avon Order Online Through Your Own E-Store

Did you know? You, as a representative, can create a CUSTOMER account and shop through your own e-store!! Why would you ever want to do that? Some representatives use their e-store to ship to out-of-state customers who don’t feel comfortable ordering online.

This saves time because the customer doesn’t have to wait. If the customer catches an Avon representative shortly after they have already placed their campaign order, they may have to wait close to two weeks for the rep to place their order for them. Then they will have to wait for that order to come in and for the rep to ship them their order.

Why not skip a few steps and place a non-local customer’s order FOR them using your e-store.

You can either set up an e-store account for that customer (so they can receive email marketing) or you can do it through your own e-store account.

  • Ship it directly to your customer – eliminates delivery costs and time – just change the shipping address in your shopping cart!
  • Free Brochure with order – you can add a complimentary brochure to the order – when you ship it to your customer. That way, they have a paper brochure in hand and you’ve eliminated a brochure cost!
  • Ebates and Swagbucks – Get Cash Back for your orders just by clicking a link!

Placing Customer Avon Online Orders Through Your E-Store

You can place a customer’s order through your own e-store for them! This is great for those more traditional customers who are not used to shopping online. You can place orders for your customers through your e-store in two different ways.

Note that when a customer orders through your e-store with an order of $60 or more, you share the cost of their free shipping with Avon. As you first get started as an Avon Representative, I would recommend placing customer orders through your back office for those customers who live close to you to maximize your earnings.

Using your e-store is a great resource if you want to run an online business nationwide. Your first goal as an Avon Representative should be to get to Presidents’ Club by selling $10,000 in a calendar year.

That will ensure your Presidents’ Club Status for the entire next year. When you have advanced to Presidents Club, you will be able to easily absorb the cost for e-store shipping for customer orders over $60.

As a new representative, your e-store is a great affiliate resource because it’s a hands off opportunity for you. All you have to do is share your link. Your customers can choose to add a free brochure with their order which also saves you money.

How do I place a customer order through my Avon E-store?

You can open a customer account for your customer with their permission. Place the order FOR them through YOUR e-store using THEIR customer account. This is a great option for customers who trust you and are willing to give you their credit card number. You will use their credit card number to place the order. To do this, navigate to your e-store and open a new account and input all of your customer’s information. Shop your customer’s order as normal and then head over to checkout. Add your customer’s credit card number and be sure to add a complimentary brochure before submitting! This will send them a paper brochure FOR FREE, which eliminates a brochure charge for you!

What if my Avon customer doesn’t want to provide their credit card information or doesn’t want to use their credit card online?

You can place your customer’s order through YOUR e-store using YOUR customer account. To do this, navigate to your e-store and log in to YOUR PERSONAL customer account. Input your customer’s order for them and head over to checkout. At checkout, you can CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS to your customer’s information. This will ship the order to them, eliminating delivery time and costs for you. Additionally, be sure to add a complimentary brochure to their order before submitting. This will send them a paper brochure FOR FREE, which eliminates a brochure charge for you! Note: You, personally, will pay for this order and collect money from your customer.

How do I collect money from my Avon Online customers if I place an order for them online?

Use the invoicing tool located in the Web Office of your back office to create an invoice. See more information below.

You may think your more traditional customers won’t like this way of ordering, but many love not having to wait for their products. Some even begin shopping online themselves after they see how quickly and efficiently they can get their order.

If you’re concerned about your customers not receiving one-on-one attention, you can still provide that to them over the phone! You are still offering personalized service to them by recommending products. Their orders are just being delivered right to their door in 2-3 business days.

For those customers who appreciate the extra company when you deliver their orders, what if you took the time to go visit them with cookies? This would be an extra special visit to them because you would be taking time to visit them WITHOUT selling them Avon!

Create a customer invoice

You can create customer invoices under Web Office in your back office. Those can be saved and printed OR you can send them virtually by saving them as a PDF and emailing them. You can even send PDFs through Facebook Messenger!

Send Your Customer the Invoice

You can print the invoice and deliver it in person or mail it. But if you choose to save the invoice as a PDF (just change your printer option), you can email it or even send it via Facebook Messenger!

Collect Money From Your Customer

You can collect money from your customer before you place their order or after – it’s totally up to you. You can collect electronically using PayPal or Venmo or they can mail you a check.

Place Your Customer’s Order

Once you are ready go ahead and place your customer’s order by navigating to your e-store and ship it directly to them!

A Final Note About Avon Online Orders Through Your E-Store

Don’t forget, when you place an order with your customer account on your Avon Online E-store, you will pay full price up front for that order. However, your earnings will be credited back to your Avon account within 2-3 business days. So, overall, it isn’t actually costing you more money to do it this way. If you implement this long-term, you will actually be SAVING money in brochure and shipping costs.

Additionally, when you place an order through your e-store, you should note that it does take a couple of days to clear. The order will clear when it ships to the recipient. So, this is NOT a good practice to use if you are waiting until the last day of the campaign to place your order. Your order WILL NOT clear in time to be counted for that campaign. To be sure your e-store order clears in time to count for the current campaign, be sure to have it placed the Friday before campaign close.
