You can create, edit and share a custom Curated Digital Avon Brochure for your customers any time during the current campaign. You can create a custom brochure and save it to send out in the next upcoming campaign as well.

There are several advantages to custom designing a brochure for your customer. It gives you the flexibility to create a deeply personal shopping experience for your customer. It allows you to show customers exactly the things they want to see in the order they want to see them.
And it allows you to eliminate the products you know your customers are not interested in.
We always say that selling Avon successfully is about cultivating personal relationships. And there’s no better way to show your personal relationship with your customer than when you custom design a shopping experience just for her!
When you can engage with your customers on a personal level, it will translate into higher overall sales for you.
Where to find the tool to create a Digital Catalog
Log into your Avon Representative Account at avonnow.com using your account number and password.
Find the Digital Catalog Creation tool under the manage business tab. Go to “Manage Business” and “Catalog Tool”.
Digital Avon Catalog Versions
There are now three different Avon Catalog Versions for customers who shop on your online store.
They are:
- Regular Campaign Avon Catalog
- Interest Based Avon Catalog – System Generated Version based on a customer’s survey answers
- Representative Designed Avon Brochure
How to Use the Digital Catalog Tool to Create Personalized Catalogs for your Customers
When you enter the Avon Catalog Tool, you will see all of your customers listed with their contact information. At the far left side of the screen you will see two buttons:
- Edit
- Copy
Editing the Avon Curated Catalog
Click on the “EDIT” button and it will bring up a page with the catalog. You will notice several circular black icons with a pencil. Those indicate portions of the book which can be edited.
Click on the pencil icons to view and select different options to customize the Avon Catalog for your customers. Here is an example of different portions that are customizable in your curated Avon Catalog:
- The header picture
- The Customer’s Name
- A message to your customer
- Organize the Order of Stories (Products)
- Select Stories you want to include
- Deselect stories you don’t want to include
In a current campaign you can edit and share the book with your customers. However, you can also view the previous campaign to see what book your customers received and whether or not they have completed a customer survey.
Any time you create a digital Avon catalog for your customers, that version will always override the system generated Avon Catalog.
Organizing Stories for Your Customers within your Custom Avon Brochures
Click the double arrow button to organize the stories. Use the double arrow button the left side of the screen to help you drag the stories in the order you prefer for that customer.
“Show” or “Hide” certain stories by clicking or un-clicking the empty box beside the story you want to include or hide. You can also choose to show or hide a story when you scroll down through the catalog and click the “Show” or “Hide” button at the top left of the story.
Finalizing your Custom Customer Brochure
When you have finished making changes to your to your Curated Digital Avon Brochure for your customers, be sure to click apply at the bottom of the screen.
This will save your changes. And when it says “completed” you will know that you have successfully created a curated brochure for your customers. Return to the Catalog Tool and click on the name to see the finished product.
A pink star icon at the top of the book will indicate a rep-edited custom digital brochure.
Sending Your Custom Avon Brochure to Your Customers
Once you have successfully created a Custom Curated Digital Avon Catalog for your customer, you can copy that catalog and assign it to multiple customers.
Click the copy button from the catalog tool screen and click the check marks next to the customers you would like to receive the book. You can also perform a customer search to send the book to specific customers.
Helping Customers Navigate the New Digital Avon Brochure
The new digital brochure will be broken down into stories. There are several ways customers can experience the brochure. The platform is especially amazing for customers who are using mobile.
If you have created a Custom Curated Catalog for your customers, your customer will always see that catalog first. However, the full catalog always appears as an option.
How to Access the Avon Brochure
Your customers can access the Avon brochure when they click the link you sent them from your back office (as outlined above).
They can also click the link inside the Avon-generated emails that they receive.
Customers who are logged into your Avon E-store with their customer account will see the brochures under the brochures tab.
How to Navigate the New Avon Brochure
Navigating the new Avon Brochure is so interactive and exciting. Plus it will be super simple for your customers. The new Digital Avon Catalog is broken down into stories. Each story has interactive content within it.
Accessing the Digital Avon Catalog Stories
Once your customer clicks on the brochure, he or she can scroll down on their mobile device – just by swiping downward on their mobile phone. A swipe left or right will bring up different stories including tutorials and other interactive content.
Different stories will also bring up all of the promotion associated with that story.
Adding Avon Products to Shopping Cart
Clicking on an item will allow the customer to add the item to their order cart. And if applicable, the customer will even be able to try on the makeup product using the Virtual Makeover tool!
Using the Quick Links to Navigate the Digital Avon Catalog
Customers can also shop by quick links by clicking on the pink book icon at the corner of the screen. Here is a list of quick links they will see:
- Beauty Collective – LG Products like The Face Shop, VDL and Belif
- Skin Care
- Makeup
- Fragrance
- Body
- Jewelry
- Fashion
- Wellness
Using the Search Box to Navigate the Digital Avon Brochure
Customers may also search by using the search function above the Quick link categories.
You as a rep, or customers could copy the direct product or content link by using the “Share” icon can copy the link.
When products allow you to use the “Try it on” function can use the Avon Virtual Makeover tool.
Customers will be able to easily shop all of the promotions within a particular story.
Shopping the New Digital Brochure to Place a Representative Order
The digital brochure will also look the same in your back office at AvonNow.com. You can also navigate it as outlined above and share direct product and content links to your customers.
