Avon Pathway to Premier – Your Road to Avon Success in 2020

The Avon Pathway to Premier is a new representative’s journey through their first eight campaigns (or four months) with Avon. The goal is to have the new representative achieve the Avon Premier Level by the end of those first eight campaigns. An Avon Representative will reach the Premier Level when she accumulates $5000 in total sales.
Pathway to Premier sets Avon representatives up to succeed by helping them achieve guaranteed earnings as they continue to progress through their Avon business. Additionally it helps representatives earn bonuses so they can begin putting money in their pocket IMMEDIATELY and progressively.

How to Make Money on the Pathway to Premier
This is very much an Avon “You Do, You Get” incentive. There are stepping stones that will help you increase your earnings and make more money all along the way.
Stepping Stone Bonuses
The First Stepping Stone bonus is accumulated every time you reach $200 in award sales per campaign. Each $200 you sell will earn you $20!! This will actually equate to 45% earnings when you reach a $200 order!
For example: If you sell $600 retail in one campaign, you will earn a $60 bonus!!! Throughout the incentive period (your first eight campaigns or until you reach $5000 in sales) you can earn up to $500 in bonuses for every $200 placed!

Milestone Bonuses
Milestone bonuses reward you with a 10% bonus for ever $1000 in cumulative sales during your first eight campaigns. You can earn up to an additional $1500 in bonuses during your incentive period. If you earn all of your bonuses, you will accumulate 65% earnings!!!
For example: $1000 in cumulative sales = $100 bonus.
$2000 in cumulative sales = $200 bonus!
Commissions
In addition to all these bonuses, you are going to be guaranteed 25% commission on EVERY order $40 or over. It sure is a lot of numbers, but what it breaks down to is over $3000 in earnings and up to 65% commissions!!

When you place an order for your customers through your Avon Back office at AvonNow.com, you will pay a discounted rate of 25%. When you collect full retail price from your customers (plus tax and convenience fee), the surplus is yours to keep.
Online store orders earnings will be credited to your Avon Account and deposited into your bank account within 2-3 business days if you have direct deposit set up.
Examples of the Avon Earnings Program for New Representatives
Sometimes it’s easier to understand if you can see an example of how it will work. In the first example, this representative has accumulated $5610 in award sales during their first four months with Avon.
In other words, this representative has achieved the premier sales level with Avon during their first eight campaigns.

In the second example, we will look at a representative who is tracking toward the Premier level with Avon. This representative has accumulated $2331 in award sales in their first eight campaigns with Avon and earned over $1000.

If I am still in the Kickstart Program, can I continue earning all the remaining bonuses and or 40% commissions on future orders until the program ends?
No. You will be moved to the Avon Pathway to Premier. But you will get the opportunity to earn all of the Avon Pathway to Premier Bonuses, regardless of how many bonuses you accumulated during the Kickstart program.
If I sold $3000 until C4 when the Kickstart Program ends, and then I am moved to the new program, can I only earn bonsues on the $2000 remaining until I get to premier?
No. Previous sales will not be considered for the Avon Pathway to Premier incentive but they will count toward your President’s Club and Premier level goals.
If I place an order of $100 in one campaign during the Avon Pathway to Premier and then the following campaign place another $100 order, will I get the $20 bonus?
No. You need to have at least $200 in award sales within a single campaign. And remember that direct deliver and sales center award sales count toward your sales goals. Each campaign stands alone for the stepping stone ($20) bonus.
If I place a $150 order on AvonNow and I have a customer that places an order of $50 using Avon.com, will I earn the $20 bonus?
Yes. Representative orders (placed on AvonNow or by phone), direct delivery (placed by your customers on Avon.com), sales center orders count toward the goals for your bonuses. Direct Delivery and Sales Center orders must bill to your account within the same campaign.
I had a big fundraiser order and was able to sell $1000 in my first campaign. Which bonuses will I earn?
You will earn both bonuses which will equal a total of $200. For stepping stone 1 bonus, you will earn $100 (because you earn $20 per $200). For Milestone Bonus 2, you will earn another $100 (because you earn 10% for every $1000 in cumulative sales).
If I have a return of $100 in one campaign and place another $200 order, will I get my $20 bonus?
No. The return will be counted as negative award sales for the campaign unless you place another order to offset the deficit.
When will I get paid the bonuses during Pathway to Premier?
You will receive the bonuses three business days after the close of the campaign. Please be sure that you have signed up for direct deposit in AvonNow and added your bank account information.
How do I get paid with Avon?
If you sign up for direct deposit, the money will be deposited into your bank account
What if I sell more than $5000 in the first eight campaigns with Avon?
This incentive expires once you reach $5000 sales requirement or at the end of your 8th campaign – whichever comes first. You will not earn additional stepping stone or milestone bonuses after you have accumulated your $5000. You will begin to earn guaranteed 30% earnings on all beauty products with Avon in addition to any other bonuses you accrue during leadership.
What if I do not have any sales in a campaign? Can I earn the next campaign?
If you miss in one campaign, you can still achieve in another campaign.
